What is included in shipping costs?
Prices reflected in the shipping costs include the transport of products to the address indicated by the user, the packing of the products purchased on the optimal formats that ensure its integrity, insurance against loss or breakage as well as VAT in the territories where this tax applies.
The price of transport to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla include the cost of transport, insurance and customs clearance but do not include the import tariffs and local taxes which shall be borne by the customer at destination.
The number of bottles in each range of weights is approximate and it will depend on the formats of each product. As a rule, the following weights are estimated:
* Standard bottle (Liquors 0.70 Cl and wines 0.75 Cl)…….1.5 kgs.
* Bottle magnum (1.5 liters) ……………………..……………….. 3.0 kgs.
* Bottle double magnum (3 liters) ……………………………… 6.0 kgs.
How long does it take to get my order?
In the Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal) orders normally take between 2-3 business days to be delivered. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and to other European countries usually take between 3 and 4 business days. Shipments to the Canary Islands will be delivered between 8 and 12 working days after placing the order. The delivery time begins to run from 8:00 in the morning of the next business day to confirmation and payment
Which courier company will send my order?
We work with several companies of transport (Tourline, Cronoexpress, Envialia, Seur and Mrw). According to the destination of your order and the amount of bottles that you request, we will use a provider or another. All our providers are first line for ensuring delivery commitments. Particular conditions of international shipments
Prices per expedition considering in the case of international, that an expedition is a single package of maximum 31.5 kgs. In international shipments destinations of Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands have a supplement of 16 € on the general rate of the country.
Customs formalities are included in origin in the fare of the countries not belonging to the EU (rates of destination and taxes excluded). Transit times are guiding, they do not include the time spent on custom formalities in international shipments.
